As the Colleague Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring colleagues and their families receive seamless support across onboarding, HR operations, accommodation, transport, and offboarding services.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Colleague Experience \& Service Delivery

  • Oversee onboarding, HR operations, accommodation, transport, and offboarding services.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and colleague-centric support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Handle complex escalations and provide expert guidance on HR operational and policy matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service standards, KPIs, and colleague satisfaction.

Process Excellence \& Compliance

  • Ensure data accuracy within HR systems and immigration-related processes.
  • Monitor critical timelines and compliance requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support the design and enhancement of colleague induction and HR operational processes.

Stakeholder \& Operational Management

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Support HR projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to budgeting activities and operational planning.
  • Manage procurement and administrative responsibilities associated with the HR function.

Team Leadership \& Development

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Colleague Experience professionals.
  • Mentor team members, identify development opportunities, and build capability across the function.

*Essential Requirements*

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience demonstrating leadership or team management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with

Oracle HRMS is a must

  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in large, multicultural organisations.

*Preferred Qualifications*

  • Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • CIPD, SHRM, CPP, or other HR certifications.
  • Additional language skills.
