Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of Cloud \& DevOps capabilities across the organization.
- Manage cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation.
- Drive quality, timeliness, and strong control standards across engineering operations.
- Continuously improve processes, procedures, and operational best practices.
- Support audits, reviews, and regulatory requests within a regulated environment.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to support operational resilience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Cloud \& DevOps experience, including hands-on technical delivery and team leadership.
- Proven experience delivering Cloud \& DevOps capabilities into production environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience working within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining strong governance and controls.
- Experience supporting audits, reviews, and regulatory requirements.
