Client Operations Representative

**Logistics** Role Type: 6\-Month Contract Role Environment: Remote Hourly Rate: $20\-$25/hr **Day\-to\-Day** The Client Operations Representative will support customers and internal operations teams by managing inbound inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records within internal systems. This role is responsible for responding to customer questions, routing requests appropriately, entering and updating order and registration information in a CRM, and coordinating shipments through third\-party courier platforms. The representative will also assist with general record keeping, follow\-ups on outstanding items, and provide operational support to the broader client operations team as needed. **Must Haves** * 2\+ years of customer service experience supporting customers via phone and email * Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce or similar) for managing customer information, orders, and communications * Experience using shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, or similar courier systems * Strong communication skills and comfort handling inbound and outbound customer interactions * High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and administrative tasks **Plusses** * Previous experience in an operations, client services, or order processing role * Experience working with e\-commerce orders, registrations, or payments * Background supporting internal teams such as operations, sales, or finance * Experience working in a fast\-paced, process\-driven office or service environment * Associate’s degree or post\-secondary training
