About Us We are a well\-established premium pet care facility in Dubai, providing a range of high\-quality services for Pets including Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Hydrotherapy, and specialized Pet care services. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for Dogs and Cats while delivering exceptional service and support to Pet owners. Position Overview We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer\-focused Client Experience Executive to become the face of our facility and the first point of contact for our clients and their Pets. Responsibilities * Welcome clients and build strong relationships with Pet owners * Manage bookings, check\-ins, check\-outs, and daily Front Office operations * Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate Pet owner's instructions with the operational team * Handle client communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email * Manage invoices, payments, memberships, and daily attendance records * Coordinate client updates, photos, videos, and follow\-ups regarding boarding, grooming, daycare, and hydrotherapy * Maintain communication between Front Office and back\-of\-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations * Handle complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Ideal Candidate * A genuine passion for Dogs, Cats, and animal welfare is essential * Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, Front Office, administration, or similar role * Experience in the pet industry is preferred * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Excellent English communication skills * Organized, responsible, and able to multitask * Positive attitude, smiling personality, and team\-oriented mindset Salary \& Benefits * Basic Salary \+ Commission * Medical Insurance * Company Benefits * Career growth opportunities within the company Join Our Team * If you are passionate about Pets and would like to grow in a positive and professional environment, we’d love to hear from you!
