  • Is a great teacher with a passion for their profession and a can-do attitude
  • Is committed to continually raising the standards of learning and teaching in the school
  • Constantly strives for their personal best and is a reflective practitioner with a desire to learn and grow as a teacher
  • Works in partnership with colleagues, parents and children
  • Has excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills,
  • Has a strongly rooted inclusive approach and a commitment to meeting the needs of all groups of learners regardless of aptitude or barriers to learning
