Responsibilities
- Lead structural design, analysis, and execution for both new construction and localized retrofits.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop, baseline, and maintain detailed project schedules and Gantt charts (e.g., Primavera P6, Smartsheet, MS Project) to track dependencies and the critical path.
- Coordinate technical operations seamlessly, minimizing disruption during facility upgrades or expansions.
Requirements
- At least 8 - 10 of robust civil engineering experience, grounded in structural design preferably
in healthcare or hospital construction environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution with PEC registration.
- Proven track record in hands-on project management and schedule control.
- Preferablly Active PMP® or CAPM® certification.
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply civil engineering principles in a healthcare or complex facility environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, health-facility standards, and relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
