Civil Engineer

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our team in Maumee, Ohio. This is a strong opportunity for an early\-career engineer who wants hands\-on experience, real project responsibility, and a clear path for long\-term growth. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects including land development, municipal infrastructure, drainage, transportation, utilities, and site design. This role is designed to help you build technical depth while gradually taking on more ownership and client interaction. **What You'll Own** * Support civil engineering projects across land development, site design, municipal infrastructure, drainage, and transportation * Assist with technical design and documentation, including: + Grading and drainage design + Utility coordination + Stormwater management + Permitting and regulatory submittals + Construction documents * Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and public agencies * Support construction\-phase activities to help keep projects on schedule and within budget * Assist with permit applications, grant documentation, and project submittals **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline * 2\-6 years of civil engineering experience + Candidates with 3\-5 years of experience strongly preferred + High\-potential entry\-level candidates will be considered * Experience in land development highly preferred * Exposure to site design, grading, utilities, and entitlements is a plus * EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure preferred * Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills * Ability to work onsite, five days per week, in Maumee, OH * Candidates open to relocation are encouraged to apply (relocation assistance not provided) **Benefits** * Salary: $68,000 \- $80,000, based on experience * Supportive, team\-oriented environment with strong mentorship * Direct guidance from licensed Professional Engineers * Exposure to a wide range of project types and disciplines * Clear path for long\-term career growth within a stable, growing firm
