Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Maumee, Ohio. Our team works across a diverse portfolio including land development, municipal infrastructure, drainage, transportation, utilities, and site design. This role offers hands\-on experience and a clear path toward increased project ownership over time. **What You'll Own** * Support civil engineering projects across land development, site design, municipal infrastructure, drainage, and transportation * Assist with technical work, including: + Grading and drainage design + Utility coordination + Stormwater management + Permitting and regulatory submittals + Construction documentation * Coordinate with clients, project engineers, contractors, and public agencies * Support construction\-phase activities to help maintain project schedule and budget * Assist with permit applications, grant documentation, and project submittals * Grow into increased project ownership and client\-facing responsibilities over time **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline * 2\-6 years of civil engineering experience + Candidates with 3\-5 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply + Strong entry\-level candidates will also be considered * Experience in land development is highly preferred * Experience with site design, grading, utilities, and entitlements is a plus * EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure preferred * Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills * Ability to work onsite, five days per week, in Maumee, OH * Candidates outside the area are welcome to apply (relocation assistance not provided) **Benefits** * Salary: $68,000 \- $80,000, depending on experience * Supportive, family\-oriented work environment * Mentorship from licensed Professional Engineers * Exposure to a wide variety of project types and disciplines * Long\-term career growth within a stable and growing firm
