* **Job Title – Call Centre Agent/Customer Service Representative (Arabic Speakers)** * **Type \- Outsourced** * **Contract Duration\- 6 Months Extendable \-Immediate Joiners Only** * **Work Location – Dubai** * **Salary – AED 5000\-AED 5500** Working days \& timings – 5\-day work and standard hours Mandatory details/Skills –Customer Service, Calls, Problem\-solving Job description: Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk\-in. Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure high\-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application. Previous customer service or call center experience is a must.
