Job description

  • :Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests through chat, calls and walk-in
  • .Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • .Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting defined performance metrics
  • .Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the application
  • .Previous customer service or call center experience is a must
