**About the Role**
Oversee branch service functions to deliver superior customer experiences, enhance cross\-selling initiatives, and ensure adherence to defined service standards and operational controls.
**What You Will Be Doing**
* Execute branch activities related to new business accurately and within defined timelines, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Actively promote and sell appropriate financial products to achieve assigned sales targets.
* Provide accurate information and professional guidance to customers in line with the Staff Code of Conduct.
* Support overall branch operations under the guidance of the Line Manager, adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager to support effective branch functioning.
* Ensure full compliance with the Branch Governance Charter, service standards, and operational controls.
* Follow established Operating Procedures and maintain consistent adherence to them.
* Deliver assigned sales and service tasks with precision and within agreed timelines.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism while consistently delivering superior customer service.
* Adhere to Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements and participate in mandatory training programs.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to support business objectives.
**What We Are Looking For**
**Qualification**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
**Experience**
* Operates within the bank’s sales strategy, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
* Adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
Follows approved product programs, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns.
