Job Description
Job Purpose
To maintain accurate financial records, manage day\-to\-day bookkeeping activities, and support accounting operations including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries
* Record daily transactions including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records
* Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
* Prepare financial reports, statements, and accounting documentation
* Maintain proper filing and record management for audit purposes
* Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts
* Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
* Minimum 3\+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
* Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
* Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
* Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
