* Type of Hire – Outsourced
* Duration – 6 months
* Work Location – Dubai
* Mandatory – 2\-3 years of Call Centre experience in retail, e\-commerce, or luxury customer service environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
* Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem\-solving.
* Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems accurately.
* Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
* Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (KPIs, SLAs, CSAT).
* Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, stores, e\-commerce) to resolve customer concerns.
