Ideally, the candidate should have a stable background, preferably coming from Europe, and should have experience with restaurants holding two Michelin stars, or at least a strong one\-star Michelin affiliation. It isn't necessary for them to be associated with Les Grandes Tables du Monde or Relais \& Châteaux, but such experience would certainly be a plus. GM will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the high standards required to preserve and build upon our Michelin\-starred reputation.
