Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of
civil defense litigation
matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Qualifications
- Active
California Bar
license in good standing.
- Prior experience in handling any of the given civil defense litigation matters like:
insurance defense, insurance defense litigation, civil litigation, bodily injury, auto liability, premises liability, lemon law
.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $300,000 annually + bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
