Business Litigation Attorney

to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated business disputes while representing contractors, business owners, and property owners in construction, business, and real estate litigation.

What You'll Do:

• Manage your own litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle sophisticated business litigation matters
• Represent clients in construction and real estate disputes
• Conduct depositions, mediations, motion practice, and discovery
• Participate in trials and arbitrations as lead or co-counsel
• Work directly with experienced firm leadership in a collaborative environment

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• 3+ years of Business Litigation experience
• Minimum 3 years of Civil Litigation experience
• Construction Litigation experience is a plus
• Trial or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel preferred
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between

$180,000 – $250,000.

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
