Responsibilities
- Manage complex cases in
Probate \& Trusts/Trust \& Estates/ Inheritance Disputes
.
- Analyze intricate legal precedents and technology to formulate aggressive, resolute case strategies
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and high-stakes settlement conferences to secure favorable outcome.
Qualifications
- Active
California Bar admission (required)
- 3+ years of prior litigation experience (
Probate Law/ Trusts \& Estate Law / Inheritance Disputes
)
- Ability to manage cases independently.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Annual base salary range: $170k – $220k/year. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
