Job Description
Key Responsibilities
**1\. Executive \& Operational Support**
* Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
* Assist in tracking key operational initiatives and projects
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
**2\. Client Acquisition \& Business Development**
* Identify and approach potential clients through various channels
* Support the development and execution of business growth strategies
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for new clients
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
**3\. Client Relationship Management**
* Serve as a point of contact for clients and ensure high\-quality service delivery
* Maintain long\-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
* Address client queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements
**4\. Communication \& Coordination**
* Act as a liaison between the COO, clients, and internal departments
* Draft professional emails, reports, and business correspondence
* Facilitate clear communication across teams to ensure alignment
**5\. Reporting \& Performance Tracking**
* Monitor client acquisition metrics and business performance indicators
* Prepare regular reports on sales, client engagement, and operational progress
* Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate record\-keeping
**6\. Process Improvement**
* Identify opportunities to improve client onboarding and service processes
* Support implementation of efficient workflows and systems
