Electrical Engineer

**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to take full responsibility for electrical operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, capable of handling industrial machinery, and able to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Take complete ownership of all electrical systems and equipment during the assigned shift * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical machinery and control systems * Ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines by minimizing downtime * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment * Diagnose faults in motors, panels, PLCs, drives, and other industrial systems * Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for efficient operations * Maintain logs of breakdowns, maintenance, and shift activities * Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations * Supervise and guide technicians and electricians on shift * Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and restore operations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field * 2–5 years (or adjust as needed) of relevant industrial experience * Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and machinery * Hands\-on experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, panels, and control circuits * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics * Good problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills * Willingness to work in shifts **Preferred Skills** * Experience in manufacturing or production environments * Knowledge of automation systems * Leadership and team management abilities * Strong communication and reporting skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Growth and learning opportunities * Professional work environment
