Role Description
The AI ML Faculty role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The faculty member will design and deliver courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, create and update lesson plans, and develop practical lab exercises and projects aligned with industry standards. Responsibilities include assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, mentoring students on academic and career paths, and maintaining accurate records of progress and attendance. The role also involves staying current with AI/ML tools and trends, contributing to curriculum enhancement, participating in workshops and seminars, and collaborating with colleagues to support Aptech’s learner-centric environment.
Qualifications
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and data analysis frameworks).
- Proven instructional, coaching, or training skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.
- Ability to design project-based learning activities, real-world case studies, and lab assignments that build job-ready skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a learner-focused, inclusive, and non-discriminatory teaching approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field; relevant certifications in AI/ML are an advantage.
- Prior teaching or industry experience in AI/ML or related domains is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with diverse groups of learners and collaborating with fellow faculty and administration to improve curricula and outcomes.
