**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site Administrative Assistant role based in Lahore. The Administrative Assistant will manage front\-desk activities, greet and assist visitors, and handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner. Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, organizing meetings, and supporting executives and team members with routine administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves preparing and updating documents, maintaining records and files, handling mail and deliveries, and ensuring common areas and meeting rooms are organized and presentable. The Administrative Assistant will also coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, support coworking members with basic requests, and help maintain smooth day\-to\-day operations.
**Qualifications**
* Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operations and leadership needs.
* Professional Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for managing calls, handling inquiries, and interacting with visitors and members.
* Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
* Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processing) and basic office equipment.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
* Customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable, and solution\-oriented attitude.
* Ability to work on\-site full time in Lahore, maintaining punctuality and reliability.
* Prior experience in an administrative, front\-desk, or coworking/office environment is preferred.
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
