Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Admin Executive / Operation Executive role based in Lahore. The role involves overseeing daily office and facility operations, including managing front-desk activities, handling inquiries, coordinating meeting room bookings, and supporting coworking members. The Admin/Operation Executive will maintain records, manage documentation, support billing and basic reporting, and coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance. The role also includes ensuring that the workspace remains clean, organized, and fully functional, while providing responsive support to members and visitors. The person in this position will collaborate with management to implement operational processes, assist with events or community activities, and help improve overall service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, documentation, and day-to-day office tasks.
  • Solid General Administration experience, including record-keeping, coordination with vendors, and basic operational reporting.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems proactively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with using digital tools and systems.
  • Previous experience in office administration, operations, hospitality, or coworking spaces is preferred.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
