is hiring a Admin \& Accounts Executive in Lahore.

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: DHA Phase 3

Timings: 12 PM - 10 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin \& Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative staff.
  • Handle office supplies, groceries, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
  • Maintain office assets and records.
  • Manage courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting room bookings.
  • Support employee onboarding and other administrative activities.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained workplace.

Accounts

  • Maintain petty cash and prepare expense records.
  • Process invoices, bills, and vendor payments.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and finance teams when required.
  • Reconcile petty cash and other routine financial transactions.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and administrative documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in administration and accounts.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
