Job Description
**Experience:** 5–6 Years **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Location:** Onsite – Islamabad **Office Location:** DHA Phase 2, Islamabad **Timings:** 2 PM – 11 PM PKT **Job Overview** We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Manager – Accounting \& Finance to lead accounting operations, manage financial reporting, oversee bookkeeping processes, and ensure smooth financial workflows for US\-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands\-on accounting experience, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping operations * Manage month\-end and year\-end closing processes * Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports * Supervise bookkeeping and accounting team members * Ensure accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities * Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting processes * Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal processes * Coordinate with clients regarding financial data, reports, and operational queries * Review and improve accounting workflows and reporting procedures * Support management with financial insights and operational reporting **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, ACCA, CA, or a related field * 5–6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience * Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles * Experience working with US\-based clients is preferred * Hands\-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or similar tools * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively * Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset **Preferred Skills** * Team management and client coordination experience * Advanced Excel and reporting skills * Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis * Process improvement and operational management capabilities **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Professional growth opportunities * Collaborative and professional work environment * Learning and development opportunities * Exposure to international clients and workflows
