Finance Accounting Manager

**Manager Accounting \& Finance** **Position Title:** Manager – Accounting \& Finance **Experience:** 4–6 Years **Location:** DHA Phase 2, Gate 1, Main GT Road, Islamabad **Job Type:** Full\-Time \| Onsite **Timings:** 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT **Role Overview** We are looking for a highly competent and detail\-oriented Manager – Accounting \& Finance to lead accounting operations, manage client portfolios, supervise teams, and ensure high\-quality financial service delivery to US\-based clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end accounting and bookkeeping operations for US\-based clients * Supervise and mentor bookkeeping specialists and associate\-level resources * Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and reports * Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP principles * Handle month\-end and year\-end closing activities * Review AP, AR, payroll, and cash flow management processes * Coordinate with clients directly through email and meetings * Improve internal SOPs, workflows, and reporting processes * Monitor team productivity, deadlines, and deliverables * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities * Assist leadership in scaling finance operations and service quality **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * ACCA / CA / CPA qualification or partially qualified candidates preferred * Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles * Experience handling US\-based clients is highly preferred * Excellent communication and team management skills * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Software Knowledge** Candidates with experience in the following tools will be preferred: * QuickBooks Online (QBO) * Xero * NetSuite * Zoho Books * Microsoft Excel * Bill.com / Expensify **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities * Learning and development environment * Collaborative team culture * Healthcare and employee benefits * Performance\-driven environment * Exposure to international clients and operations
