Our client Waresa Industry (Pvt) Limited is looking for a Accounting Manager in Lahore This position demands a detail\-oriented and analytical individual who can handle complex accounting tasks and contribute to financial decision\-making processes. The Dy. Manager Accounts will provide critical insights through effective budgeting and forecasting, support audit processes, and maintain stringent compliance with accounting standards. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide the team effectively, prioritize tasks, and drive continuous improvement in accounting practices. Collaboration with different departments within Waresa Industry (Pvt) Limited will be necessary to streamline financial operations and support overall business growth. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. * Develop budgeting and forecasting models to project financial performance and support strategic planning. * Utilize SAP\-B1 effectively to maintain financial data integrity and facilitate reporting. * Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create complex financial models, reports, and automated solutions. * Supervise and mentor a team of six accounting professionals, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Coordinate with other departments to optimize the flow of financial information and improve overall business processes. * Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and recommend corrective actions. * Train and develop team members through continuous education and performance feedback.
