Job Description
**Job Title: Accountant** **Location: Pakistan** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical **Accountant** to manage financial records, support project\-based financial planning, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, and auditing processes, while providing valuable insights to support business decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and maintain accurate **project cash flow statements** , ensuring proper tracking of inflows and outflows. * Conduct **project feasibility studies** , including financial analysis, cost estimation, and profitability assessments. * Manage day\-to\-day **bookkeeping activities** , including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. * Prepare periodic **financial statements** , including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. * Generate detailed **financial reports** for management review, highlighting trends, variances, and key insights. * Assist in the preparation of **budgets and forecasts** , ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Supervise and coordinate **internal and external audit processes** , ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timely submission of documentation. * Ensure compliance with applicable **accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements** . * Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections. * Support month\-end and year\-end **closing processes** . * Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and reference purposes. * Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions as required. Requirements **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is preferred. * Minimum **5** **years of experience** in accounting or finance roles. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Experience in project\-based accounting and feasibility analysis is an advantage. * Proficiency in accounting software and **Microsoft Excel** . * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
