**Job Summary**
We are looking for a dedicated and customer\-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the real estate customer journey. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales and leasing operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk\-in inquiries
* Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, availability, and processes
* Register leads and update customer information in the CRM system
* Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
* Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with customer coordination
* Ensure excellent customer experience before and after sales/lease
Requirements
**Requirements \& Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is an advantage)
* Strong communication skills.
* Good interpersonal and problem\-solving skills
* Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards
