We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager
with
5+ years of experience
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and account reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
in account management or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Results-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
