Responsibilities include managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and implementing initiatives to drive growth. This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Lahore, where collaboration with cross\-functional teams will be essential to meet organizational goals and expand market presence. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Sales Planning, Strategy Development, and Team Leadership * Strong Analytical and Market Research Skills * Proven ability in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication * Knowledge of Sales Reporting, Forecasting, and Data Analysis * Effective Time Management, Organizational, and Decision\-Making Capabilities * Proficiency in industry\-standard software and sales tools * Previous experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is an advantage * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
