Job Description
We are seeking a
Workday HCM Consultant
with 5+ years of experience in HR systems and strong expertise in
Workday Core HCM
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure business processes, organizations, and security roles.
- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and production issues.
- Develop calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
- Perform testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
- Support Workday releases and implement new features.
- Create functional documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to deliver solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Workday HCM.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Organizations, and Staffing.
- Experience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and EIB integrations.
- Knowledge of tenant configuration and release management.
- Experience in data migration, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
