The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications. Responsibilities include working on front\-end and back\-end development, implementing responsive designs, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to create and improve user experiences. The Web Developer will be expected to ensure quality and performance across different platforms and browsers, keeping user needs at the forefront. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Front\-End Development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience in Back\-End Web Development, including working with server\-side programming languages and databases * Strong understanding of Web Development principles and best practices * Skills in Web Design and the ability to create user\-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces * Excellent programming abilities and a solid understanding of software development frameworks * Problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively on\-site with a team * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field * Experience with modern development tools and frameworks is a plus * Familiarity with testing and debugging tools is an advantage
