ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)** **Eligibility:** **• Minimum 15 years of regular, full\-time education (10 \+ 2 \+ 3\)** **• Should be flexible with night shifts \& rotation shifts** **Key Responsibilities:** **• Spearhead the Employee Benefits Line of business** **• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness** **• Serve as SPOC for stakeholders addressing inquiries and providing updates** **• Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance** **• Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements** **• Diligently attend to escalation** **• Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices** **• Maintain Proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources** **• Ensure SLA’s \& KPI’s are consistently met** **• To have Finance \& Accounting background (AP/AR)** **Main Skills:** * **"HR Operations expertise,** * **SAP \& Excel Knowledge,** * **Communication, Comprehending and articulation skills** * **Managing customer stakeholders directly** * **Experience in designing the processes with tech supports"** **Work Experience:** **8\-12 years of experience managing Client management in the FnA background/HRO background, claim reimbursements, especially travel claims.** **Technical Experience** **• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP**
