Waitress & Order Dispatcher

We are a seafood restaurant in Jumeirah, looking to hire a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Order Dispatcher \& Waitress. Key Responsibilities: * Use delivery apps like Deliveroo to manage online orders and dispatch deliveries. * Manage the entire order process, from accepting the order to arranging delivery. * Ensure that orders are delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally. * Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Efficiently take and manage orders from Dine in customers. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders. Requirements: * Previous experience as a waiter and order dispatcher in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Experience using delivery apps (Instashop or similar platforms). * Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities. * Ability to handle customer complaints and find quick solutions. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. * Preferably holds Food Hygiene \& PIC certificate If you are passionate about working in the hospitality industry and meet the requirements above, we encourage you to apply!
