The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for all patrons. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized service area. Delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating a good understanding of menu items are key aspects of this role. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and seat customers courteously upon arrival. * Provide detailed menu explanations, including daily specials and allergy information. * Take precise food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. * Collaborate with our barista to ensure efficient beverage service. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. * Serve food using proper techniques and ensure order accuracy. * Upsell food and beverage items throughout the dining experience. * Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. * Maintain table settings and cleanliness in the service area. * Prepare to\-go orders and process payments accurately. * Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. **Qualifications:** * **Arabic \& English language proficiency is mandatory.** * Previous experience in a similar role preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
