We are looking for an individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service, contributing directly to the growth and reputation of our F\&B division.** **Responsibilities** * Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon their arrival. * Present menus and provide detailed information on our food and beverage offerings, making recommendations where appropriate. * Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently. * Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring correct presentation. * Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit. * Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace. * Process payments accurately using the point\-of\-sale (POS) system. * Maintain a clean, tidy, and well\-organised dining area, including table settings and service stations. * Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure a smooth and seamless service. * Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably within a high\-end restaurant or hotel environment. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality. * A strong customer\-first focus with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. * The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. * A professional and well\-groomed appearance. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. **Benefits** **As part of the Scope Investment organisation, you will join a team of over 2,000 talented professionals.
