Waiter/Waitress

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer\-focused Waiter/Waitress to join Hungry Wolves Restaurant. Hungry Wolves is a family\-friendly eatery designed to both refuel and relax you! Whether you’re looking for a nutritious bite before or after a workout, seeking out a cozy environment, catching up with friends or simply looking to get some work done, Hungry Wolves has a space for you. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. **RESPONSIBILITIES** : * Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner * Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and specials * Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff * Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently * Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally * Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware * Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area * Process bills and handle payments accurately * Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards * Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service **REQUIREMENTS** : * Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and team player mindset * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Good organizational and multitasking skills * Basic math skills for billing and payments * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
