We are looking for a proactive and team\-oriented **Floor Server** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a "room reader" with a passion for Italian hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience through attentive service and genuine kindness. Posizione: Key Responsibilities * Guest Welcome \& Table Management: Warmly greet and seat guests, following Eataly routines to initiate service, including handling allergies and specific dietary requirements. * Proactive \& Attentive Service: "Read the room" to anticipate guest needs, maintain a clean and organized station, and ensure tables are swiftly reset for subsequent diners. * Menu Expertise \& Upselling: Maintain deep knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods to confidently recommend dishes, daily specials, and drive upselling opportunities. * Operational Efficiency: Monitor the kitchen bell for prompt food delivery, investigate any delays immediately, and communicate effectively with both the kitchen and guests. * Team Collaboration: Act as a true team player by assisting colleagues with any task—from polishing glassware to moving furniture for events—to ensure smooth operations. * Billing \& Compliance: Ensure total accuracy in guest billing and payment processing while strictly adhering to instructions from Head Waiters and Management.
