**About the Job** **Role Description** Quince Restaurant \& Café, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a highly skilled Waiter to join our team full\-time on\-site. This role requires a professional with exceptional service standards, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience. The Senior Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the dining area, ensuring smooth service operations, and providing personalized, high\-level guest service. Daily responsibilities include supervising floor staff, taking and managing orders with efficiency and accuracy, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and ensuring that every table receives exceptional attention. The role also includes monitoring service quality, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining section, guiding junior staff, and upholding the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. **Qualifications** * 2–5 years of proven experience as a Waiter in a high\-end or high\-volume restaurant or hotel * Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest relations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer\-focused mindset * Ability to lead, train, and guide junior service staff * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities * Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast\-paced environment * Professional appearance and a positive attitude * Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative tasks is a plus **Note: Only applications submitted through LinkedIn will be considered.**
