VP, Legal Counsel

**Job Title:** VP, Legal Counsel \- Data Centers **Location:** Remote **Salary:** $250K–$300K\+, plus bonus **About the Company / The Opportunity:** Join a dynamic and fast\-growing leader in the infrastructure sector. This opportunity places you at the strategic heart of a high\-growth organization, providing critical legal guidance on major projects in advanced digital infrastructure. As VP, Legal Counsel, you will help shape the contracting framework for large\-scale initiatives. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the drafting and negotiation of data center leases and service agreements with enterprise customers. * Advise on deal structuring for complex transactions. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with commercial management and project teams. * Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements supporting large\-scale projects. * Develop scalable legal infrastructure. * Manage outside counsel. * Support broader legal operations, including compliance and risk management. **Must\-Have Skills:** * J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. state. * Experience in structuring and negotiating large\-scale data center leases. * 8\+ years of relevant legal experience. * Willingness to travel 10–20% within the U.S. **Nice\-to\-Have Skills:** * Law firm and in\-house experience. * Experience with commercial real estate financings. * Knowledge of compliance and risk management in data center environments. * Strong communication skills and good business judgment.
