**Role Description** This is a full\-time hybrid Volunteer role based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work from home on assigned days. Responsibilities include assisting with job posting reviews, conducting research on career trends, updating online resources, and providing administrative support. The Volunteer will also help curate engaging content for the platform, contribute to improving the user experience, and support outreach efforts to connect with professionals and organizations worldwide. **Qualifications** * Strong research and analytical skills for understanding professional trends and career information * Experience in content creation and editing, with a focus on accuracy and clarity * Proficiency in digital tools for project management, data entry, and communication * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote/in\-office environment * Passion for promoting equal opportunities and assisting others in their career development * Prior experience in volunteer work or exposure to recruitment/talent acquisition is a plus
