Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Operations
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the operations of our U.S.- based short-term rental clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests while coordinating daily operational tasks to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Manage reservations and booking modifications across OTA platforms.
- Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor check-ins, check-outs, and ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Escalate urgent matters to supervisors when necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, hospitality, or property management is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply if they possess outstanding communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Availability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
