Our mission is to make AI\-driven brand discovery accessible, easy, and effective. **Role Description** This full\-time role of Virtual Assistant is based on\-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling internal and external communications. Additionally, the role involves assisting with project coordination, market research, maintaining databases, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. Collaboration with cross\-functional teams to support various business needs is an integral part of the position. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in administrative tasks, scheduling, and managing communication tools and platforms * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Experience in providing professional executive support and coordinating projects * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus * Ability to conduct market research and prepare reports with data analysis * Proficient in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace * Capability to work in a fast\-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities * Familiarity with AI tools, digital platforms, or the technology industry is advantageous * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
