About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing team remotely. This role involves sales calling and client communication, so strong spoken English and a proactive attitude matter more than any single technical skill. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Sales calling to leads and prospects
- Handle client communication via email, WhatsApp, and call where needed
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for senior team members
- Support with data entry and basic research tasks
- Coordinate follow-ups with leads and clients
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations
- Take initiative on ad hoc administrative tasks as they come up
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English; comfortable on calls with US/international clients
- Available to work US business hours
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work setup
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
