**Vice President of Sales**
to lead its go\-to\-market strategy. This is more than a traditional sales role—it is a pivotal executive leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical selling, regulated industry environments, and exceptional customer experience.
**As the Vice President of Sales…**
You will be responsible for expanding market presence within two of the most demanding verticals: aerospace and medical devices. You will develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap while building and strengthening relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and advanced manufacturers that rely on high\-performance plating and surface treatment solutions.
You will also lead a close\-knit team of inside sales and customer service professionals, guiding them with clarity, empathy, and a strong performance mindset. From opportunity development and pipeline management to solution\-based selling and customer retention, you will be expected to elevate both revenue growth and customer trust.
This is a highly collaborative role, reporting directly to the General Manager, and requires close alignment with operations, quality, and engineering to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
**What You Bring**
* 10\+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience, ideally within contract manufacturing, coatings, surface treatment, or precision components for regulated industries
* Deep familiarity with aerospace and/or medical device markets, including traceability, compliance, and technical requirements
* A proven track record of strategic account growth, new business development, and relationship\-building across procurement, engineering, and executive stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coach customer\-facing teams, with experience in inside sales process design, CRM utilization, and a customer\-first approach
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to operate effectively in both executive and manufacturing environments
* A hands\-on, results\-oriented leadership style grounded in accountability and responsiveness
