OVERVIEW

Castle Alliance is conducting a confidential, retained search for a Vice President of Sales on behalf of an established designer and manufacturer of engineered building products in Columbus, OH. Founded more than 50 years ago and part of a larger portfolio of specialty manufacturing brands, the business serves several markets across multiple channels.

OPPORTUNIT

YThis is a sales leadership role with a defined succession path to general management. Reporting to the Group President and serving on the senior leadership team, the VP of Sales drives growth across multiple channels, leads a team of market segment leaders and channel partners, and acts as a change agent for transformative growth and innovation initiatives. The mandate is designed to develop the successful candidate into the business's future general manager
