**🔹 Experience in both IT and Non\-IT recruitment**
**🔹 Good with documentation — offer letters, F\&F, onboarding**
**🔹 People\-first attitude with strong communication skills**
**🔹 Candidates from Pitampura \& nearby areas preferred**
