with strong experience in site planning, land development, and construction design.

Remote
**⏰ Timing:**
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
**✅ Requirements:**
**• Minimum 5\+ years international design experience**
**• Strong knowledge of civil site design \& land development**
**• Experience in grading, drainage, detention ponds, and utilities design**
**• Expertise in water flow calculations \& stormwater management**
**• Ability to create permit\-ready drawings (USA standards)**
**• Proficiency in AutoCAD \& Civil 3D**
**• Experience with residential \& commercial projects**
**• Must have USA project experience**
**• Strong understanding of codes \& regulations**
**• Must have own laptop \& stable internet**
