Job Description
**Job Title: Travel Coordinator** **Location: Remote position** **Comfortable to work as per US timing** **Employment Type: Full\-Time** **Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly organized and detail\-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage end\-to\-end travel logistics, expense tracking, and documentation for employees. The role requires strong coordination skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience working with travel vendors and internal systems like SharePoint. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate **international travel arrangements** , including flights, hotels, and ground transportation * Manage **car rental bookings** through vendors such as Avis and Hertz, ensuring cost\-effective options * Upload, organize, and maintain **travel receipts and documentation on SharePoint** * Track and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies * Maintain accurate **travel trackers, reports, and dashboards in Excel** * Ensure timely submission and validation of invoices and receipts * Liaise with travel vendors, employees, and internal stakeholders for smooth coordination * Resolve travel\-related issues such as cancellations, rescheduling, and vendor queries * Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and records * Generate periodic reports on travel spend and utilization **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data tracking, reporting) * 3 years hands\-on experience with **SharePoint** for document management * 3 years of Experience in handling **travel bookings and rental services (Avis, Hertz, etc.)** * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a **corporate travel coordination or administrative role** * Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Concur or similar systems) * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple requests **Key Competencies:** * Time Management * Problem\-Solving * Vendor Coordination * Data Management \& Reporting * Compliance Awareness
