Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1\. Improve the company's training system, formulate training management regulations and implement various training plans.
2\. Conduct training needs research at all levels, design training courses, organize training implementation, and coordinate internal training resources.
3\. Optimize training courseware and training processes.
4\. Establish a training effectiveness evaluation mechanism, follow up on the transformation of training results, and produce training summary reports.
Job Requirements
1\. Bachelor’s degree or above; 3\+ years of corporate training management experience is preferred.
2\. Familiar with the full training process, with the ability to build training systems and design courses.
3\. Excellent communication, coordination, organizational planning and writing skills; proficient in office software.
4\. Strong sense of responsibility, good stress tolerance and teamwork spirit.
